Founder and Director Dr. Maria Relucio is a distinguished professional with extensive expertise across Behavioural Science, Philosophy, Education, AI Governance, and International Data Privacy Law. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, she brings a rare multidisciplinary depth to compliance advisory work — combining rigorous legal training with a practitioner's understanding of how organizations actually behave. Her academic credentials include a PhD in Social Justice Education from the University of Toronto, an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, and an LLM in International Law from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium), where her research examined legal challenges and practical solutions for Artificial Intelligence in International Investment Arbitration. She holds Global CIPP credentials for Canada, Europe, and the US (CIPP/C, CIPP/E, CIPP/US) and a Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), with a primary focus on the complex regulatory frameworks governing the transborder flow of data. Dr. Relucio is also a member of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (UK) and The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and holds the designation of Certified AI Transformation Leader (CAITL, US).
